I-care Group Wins Prestigious Factory Innovation Award 2025 for Digital Transformation at Hannover Messe

I-care Group wins Factory Innovation Award 2025 for its wireless sensor system, transforming factory reliability and digital integration.

I-care Group, the global leader in predictive maintenance, has been awarded the Factory Innovation Award 2025 for the Software | Digital Transformation of the Factory category at Hannover Messe, the world’s leading trade fair for industrial technology. Presented at the Digital Transformation Stage, this prestigious award celebrates I-care’s cutting-edge wireless sensor monitoring system, which enhances equipment reliability and seamlessly integrates with industrial IT systems, driving the future of smart factories.

The Factory Innovation Award, organized by GITO Publishing in collaboration with Hannover Messe and the University of Potsdam, is one of Europe’s most significant honors for smart factory software. An independent jury of industry experts recognized I-care for its innovative solution that monitors critical equipment parameters—such as vibration, temperature, and impacts—without disrupting existing machinery. The system’s scalability and ease of IT integration enable rapid access to machine data, empowering industries worldwide to optimize performance and sustainability.

The award was given for a wireless sensor monitoring system for industrial equipment that can be expanded to include additional parameters and operates without interfering with existing machinery. This enables quick access to equipment and machine data as well as easy IT integration.

I-care’s award-winning solution is part of its broader mission to leverage AI and data-driven insights to predict failures months or even years in advance. This recognition underscores I-care’s role in advancing Industry 4.0, enabling manufacturers to achieve greater efficiency, safety and environmental responsibility.

“This award validates our commitment to transforming industrial operations through technology,” said Maxime Limbourg, Vice President of Marketing at I-care Group, who accepted the award live at Hannover Messe. “Our wireless sensor system is designed to make predictive maintenance accessible and impactful, helping our clients stay ahead in a fast-evolving world.”

Since its founding in 2004, I-care has grown into a global powerhouse, with 850 employees and 36 offices across 16 countries. The company monitors hundreds of thousands of industrial machines across 55 countries. This award marks another milestone in its journey to redefine industrial reliability and sustainability.
